For those unfamiliar with the RADAR approach to Agile Strategy, exploring the key principles and components of the approach is an important starting point. Key topics include evaluating your organisation’s agility, defining its Unifying Purpose and Horizon, the Agile Strategy Results Framework and designing agility into operating models.

Tools & Techniques

As with all aspects of the RADAR approach to Agile Strategy, the focus is on practical application. There will be opportunities throughout the training to apply key tools and techniques in the context of your own organisation.

Practical Tips

Strategy is ultimately judged by the value it creates. Over the course of the training, we will cover practical tips on how to implement Agile Strategy in your organisation. It is often useful to stagger the training over a longer time period, interspersing the experience of implementing the approach with training sessions to share experiences and address challenges.
